Built for tough jobs, this 3-bar steel ladder rack supports up to 600 lbs of ladders, lumber, or even kayaks and pipes. Each crossbar is made from strong 14-gauge steel tubing, giving you the strength to haul heavy equipment every day. You get full roof coverage with three bars, so long and bulky gear stays level and secure while leaving the van floor open for tools and supplies.
The telescoping crossbars adjust from 41" to 72", letting you size the rack to the width of your roof. The uprights also have two height settings, so you can raise or lower the crossbars depending on roof shape or clearance needs. That flexibility makes it easy to set up your rack exactly how you want it and change it later without buying new parts.
Three adjustable load stops slide anywhere along the crossbars to keep your cargo from shifting. Each stop stands 8-1/2" tall and has a tie-down hole at the top for ropes or straps. Cutouts in the upright bases add even more tie-down spots. You can separate loads, secure pipes or ladders, and keep everything tight for the ride.
The rack’s steel tubing is protected inside and out with an e-coat and white powder coat finish. This two-layer treatment helps prevent chips and corrosion so your rack stays in good shape through bad weather and constant work use. The white finish also blends cleanly with most vans for a low-profile look.
Installation is simple—no drilling required. Two sets of included clamps fit most rain gutter shapes, so you just test-fit, bolt them on, and tighten the rack into place. The wide bases keep everything stable, and when you need to remove the rack, it unbolts easily without leaving marks on the roof.

great ladder rack for my van
I received my rack yesterday. Although I haven’t installed it yet I can tell that it is robust and well made. I don’t expect to have any problems with the install. I plan on cutting the uprights down to a point about 1/4” above the side brackets just for a more streamlined appearance. I also will not be using the intermediate supports. My rack was purchased for carrying a Yakima cargo box and supporting an awning. These racks are much stronger than the Yakima or Thule racks that I have used in the past and still use on my Jeep. Very happy with the purchase
