Question:
Hi Jameson, Can you please tell me what I would need to do to get this order going. I would like the items that you have suggested to use. Will all of those things get me up and running to use my hitch.

For your 2017 Subaru Outback Wagon the Draw Tite hitch part # 75673 is a confirmed fit and would be a great choice. This is a 2-inch hitch which is the most popular hitch size for accessories and has the best capacities. For trailer wiring the part # 118467 would also be the correct kit to get. The Convert-A-Ball ball mount # AMSC2 would work too if you needed a 2-inch drop.
You will also need a product like part # PC3, part # e98880, or part # 63232 to secure the accessory in your 2" trailer hitch receiver.
All of these parts would work great together as well as the hitch with the bike rack you mentioned.
