This product gives me a better sense of security when pulling my new trailer. Finding a trusted name like Master Lock with both the trailer coupler and the receiver lock both keyed alike was also a big plus.
1st time customer. Great experience start to finish. I really enjoyed "seeing" the people who made it happen on the shipping confirmation email. What a great way to honor the employees. I also want to provide positive feedback on how the order was packed using a high quality box designed for heavy items with convenient side knockouts for hand holds. So maybe the dozen or more staples securing the top was overkill (ended up cutting top off instead of pulling staples) but the package was 100% good condition when it arrived. I was also surprised and pleased how quickly it arrived. The tracking tool on the email was quick and convenient. I will be ordering again when I rehab a 5 x 10 landscape trailer I had custom built 25 years ago. Thanks!
Totally painless dealing and FAST! I would have had to drive miles out of my way, but instead it comes right to the door. I really like the double lock package with a trailer hitch lock and the tow receiver lock that are keyed alike. Thanks and I'll be back for more.
I like it, the 90deg bolt works perfect for me. The hitch is recessed into the bumper on these GMC Yukon's, trying to reach in long-ways and (blind) with a key is not easy, having the key hole face out towards you makes install/uninstall of the draw bar much easier.
It's a little wonky to lock as the interior bolt has to find one of the relief grooves in the shaft. You will get used to it. My trailer has not been stolen, nor has it jumped off the ball on rough roads, so the lock does the trick.
The hitch lock is a little short. Really have to compress the rubber to get it to engage.
Great product. Stainless steel, and it reduces the number of keys we need to carry around. I like the dustcover over the lock, it fits well. Both locks fit tight against my hitch/ball lock, which makes it harder for someone to get in there with anything to cut them.
I have ordered from them on a few occasions. Everytime, shipping is quick. Prices are reasonable.

It has been working perfectly well
Out of three items I ordered, I only received the ball mount and lock, no ball.
The two items I did receive are well made and fit with no issues on my 2018 aftermarket hitch. The ball itself has not been shipped and the expected delivery date is over four weeks for delivery, so I can’t comment on it or the whole unit as a whole.

Performed very well and still in good shape after towing light camping trailer over 10,000 miles on a 3 1/2 month trip. Lots of hitching/un-hitching. I found these easy to use and have been very pleased.
This product is stainless which its excellent for the hitch pin and lock as it's always outside in the weather. Both pin locks are keyed alike, simplifying locking & unlocking. I made the mistake of going with the cheapest shipping with the postal service. It took 10 days to get here. Otherwise everything was excellent.

Does the job, easy to use, nice to have one less key to keep track of. I really like the sturdiness of the hitch lock. The coupler latch lock feels like it would be simple to break for the determined thief, but it serves its purpose as a deterrent for the casual criminal. The rubber lock cover was ineffective; after a night of rain, the lock had plenty of water in it under the cover. Probably best to point the lock towards the ground if you are concerned. But at this price, I don't expect it to last forever anyway.
First order for a hitch and wiring kit arrived quickly. However, the wiring kit packaging looked damaged and was missing the main electrical adapter. Customer service was very helpful and shipped replacement harness quickly. Giving 4 stars for the original order being packed incomplete.

Outstanding product. Still look and act like new. With these I know my trailer is secure to my hitch and my hitch is secure to my truck.
So, the hitch receiver looks well made and makes a tight fit to reduce the chance of cutting.
The hitch lock on the other hand does not tighten up enough leaving the shaft exposed to a hack saw. Too bad.

Yes, you could get a hack-saw on the lock. The bar is solid 58 inch stainless steel. It can be cut with a hacksaw, but youll be there for a bit, and thieves dont usually hang around long.
Excellent product and excellent service. The product arrived sooner than expected and that is really appreciated. I will be ordering an aluminum ball mount soon as I like the hitch and all accessories to be as rust resistant as possible and the ball mount as light as possible. Thank you very much

The product is still in excellent condition and have had no problems.
I think that master lock makes a great lock. I like that the hitch receiver & coupler latch lock is stainless steel & won't rust. I will be using the locks when I am pulling my UTV trailer. And now I have less keys to carry. I would recommend this combo lock set to anyone.

My stainless steal Master Locks for my receiver hitch & trailer hitch lock are still working great for me. I like that I only need 1 key for both locks. Im loving my locks.
Easy to use, matching keys, and easy access to the keyhole.

I still have the Hidden Hitch ball mount and the Master Lock locks. Theball mount is great. My only knock on the locks is the flimsy dust coverthat covers the key holes. The narrow strap that attaches them broke aftera few uses and the caps dont stay on well. I use a piece of duct tape oneach lock to keep the dust out, since Im often going down gravel or dirtroads with the trailer.
Excellent product.
Michigan uses salt on their roads and this Master Lock is still working like the day I bought it. Our roads are some of the worst in the country with rusted out vehicles and things like that. It may not shine like a new penny, but its completely functional.
I trust Masterlock plus I already have this lock system for another vehicle and love it. My old set is about 9 years old and still works great.
I have owned two of these for a year now. And both of them are still in excellent shape the one on my truck and camper stay on year round.And neither one of them show any wear at all. And both work flawlessly yet. If you want a coupler and hitch lock keyed the same. I would highly recommend you by this set. And you can't beat trailer price and shipping rates also.

i own 2 sets of these and they both work the same as the day i bought them. They are a must have if you want a high quality keyed alike coupler lock and trailer lock. i leave them on both of my hitches and trailers year round. and they both work flawlessly when i switch my regular trailer hitch to my camper hitch om my truck. highly recommend them.

Unfortunately the master lock system that I purchased was not secure enough to prevent theft of my very expensive equalizer weight distribution hitch from my truck 2 weeks ago. parked right next to my camper that I was occupyingI am very disappointed as this master lock did not even seem to slow down the theft.
