Question:
Please recommend part numbers for the highest quality for two pin and locks for a receiver lock 5/8 inch plus a coupler latch handle lock all with keys alike.

What I recommend is using Master Lock Hitch Receiver and Coupler Latch Lock Set, # 1481DAT. It comes with a coupler latch lock and receiver lock that are keyed alike.
