  We currently offer two different female adapters for Ford: Derale Radiator Adapter Fittings for Ford and Lincoln # D13024. This comes with a 1/2" female inverted flare fitting. Derale Radiator Adapter Fittings for Ford and Mercury # D13014. This comes with a 1/4" female NPT fitting. If neither of these are a fit then you'd want to check out your local auto parts or hardware store, which would likely have a better selection.
