The transmission cooler fittings you have referenced, # D13018, are not the correct part for your 2002 Ford F150 with 4.2L V6.
For the 2002 Ford F150 with 4.2 L V6, it depends on what size transmission line fittings you have.
If you have 5/8 inches-18 transmission line fittings you would use the Transmission Cooler Fitting, # D13025. If you have the 1/2 inches-20 transmission line fittings you would use Transmission Cooler Fitting, # D13024.
