Question:

Interested in either product D13504 or D13503 for my 2009 Ford F150 V8 4.6L. Also - if you know of special adapters or fittings that Ill need for a 2009 F150 for either of these coolers, please let me know. Thank you

Both the Derale Transmission Coolers # D13503 and # D13504 referenced in your question are great options for your 2009 Ford F-150. Between the two options, I recommend going with the Derale # D13504, as its slightly larger size will allow for a greater cooling capacity. The unit measures 11 inches wide, 12 inches tall, and 7/8 inches deep. As long as you have the required space behind the grille of your F-150, this cooler will work perfectly.

If your F-150 has the 1/2"-20 thread on the trans line fitting, you will need the Adapter Fitting # D13024. If it has the 5/8"-18 thread fittings, you will need # D13025.
