Hello , Can I use the installation part 13014 and 13024 to run parallel with the factory cooler on my 1999 ford van

To install the Derale transmission and oil cooler part # D15200 on your 1999 Ford Van you will need the fitting adapters you mentioned of # D13014 and # D13024 as well as the transmission cooler install kit part # D13006 and the engine oil cooler install kit part # D15752 to have all the components needed.
