  The part of the Titan Swing-Away Actuator T4839120 that actually pivots is 21-1/2" long. You can cut off as much of your trailer tongue as you like and since the actuator pitots 21-1/2", that's how much space you will save, minus whatever you have remaining of your trailer tongue that you did NOT cut off. This coupler will fit a 3x3 tongue using 2 of the spacer # T4842100. The pivot length is 21-1/2 inches long.
