I have a 2007 Sea Ray 230 with the OEM Sea Ray Trailer with Electric Brakes. Will this work?

The Swing-Away Actuator part # T4839100 that you referenced works with 3" wide x 3" tall, 3" wide x 4" tall, and 3" wide x 5" tall trailer frames. Therefore, if you have one of these three frame sizes then the actuator will work for you. However, if you have either the 3" wide x 3" tall or 3" wide x 4" tall then you will also need the Titan Adapter Kit part # T4842100 (Qty. 2 for 3" wide x 3" tall and Qty. 1 for 3" wide x 4" tall).
I think you meant to say that you have an electric lockout, not electric brakes as the photo you attached is of a surge brake actuator which is for trailers with hydraulic brakes only but if this is not the case then please just let me know.
