Today we're taking a look at the replacement section for Progressive Dynamics 4000 converter. This replaces the converter section for a 60 amp Progressive Dynamics 4000 series Intellipower converter. It's a direct replacement for part number PD4060K. Again, it's a direct replacement part, it as all the same features as the original unit.When you're ready to replace, you will need to remove the neutral ground and breaker wires that lead to the converter on the AC side. You'll need to remove the converter output wires from the DC side; that's the ground and positive wires. Then you'll need to unscrew the screw that actually holds the metal converter plate to the plastic housing.To get the new one installed you just repeat those steps in reverse to install your new converter section.
Really nice design. Again, direct replacement part from the manufacturer. This fits part number PD4060K.That's going to do it for today;s look at the replacement section for Progressive Dynamics 4000 Series converters.

Quick and easy swap-out with the original converter
I receipt the converter with physical damaged, After a email with pictures, etrailer purposed somes differents arrangements. I choose the replacement of unit and the replacement part was shipped very fast, Thank you etrailer for the arrangement. Nice and fast deal !!!
Replaced the converter in my Jayco RV. 20 minute swap and all works as expected.

Order was easy online. Good response from company. Shipping from usps was 6 days later than expected. Product was easy to install in 20 minutes. Great company to deal with would order from them again.
We were just starting our vacation when our converter went out in our class c RV. After calling several shops, the earliest availability was 3-4 weeks out. Ordered the part from e-trailer and had it shipped to our camp in Estes Park, CO. Paid extra for 2 day shipping and it arrived in a day. Took me about 20 minutes to replace and we were back in business. The part was easy to match up on their website and was vey happy with everything. The cost and shipping was $600-$1000 cheaper than some of the quotes I received to have it replaced in a shop.

Working great after a year!
The replacement Converter was VERY easy to install (one of the reasons I chose to use the PD4000 series power centers). I had originally installed the PD4045 power center in the trailer, and I replaced the 45A converter with this one to increase the capacity.
Worked like a champ.
We’ll it was easy to install, about 10 minutes mainly because I was very careful to get the wires correct. I took pictures of them first because I’m pretty electrically challenged. 5 wires, fairly easy to get to. I tested it with my voltmeter and it’s putting out the correct voltage. 14.4 volts… my old one was putting out 12.5 volts to the batteries. Pretty sure that was my problem.
Product was as described. Very easy replacement installation. Product was well packaged from etrailer and in original packaging from Progressive Dynamics.
New Lithium battery setting on this charger/converter works just as expected. Easy to swap out in about 15 minutes. Delivered a day earlier than expected too.
Replaced my eagle Capp converter and now updated for lithium batteries, took less than 15 minutes to replace and can now charge my lithium batteries to a full charge rapidly!
Just got it not installed yet but it is the right product exactly as expected. I assume it work.
However when I ordered, your site said spécial price, OK but also said limited time free shipping.
I know I am in canada and it is often the case when buying in the us but your site should say Free shipping in the US only. It would show more transparency.

Part was fine just delay in delivery, late leaving your facility then you handed off to post office for delivery. The delivery time stated when I ordered influenced decision to buy from you. I would have ordered elsewhere.
