All the voltages are in the correct places and the battery now charging.
Product fit the space correctly, was reasonably easy to install provided you are capable of this type of task, and appears to be operating as promised. Written Instructions were a bit lacking, which necessitated me calling and speaking with the manufacturers technical department.
Works great, instructions were good. 5 years ago I would have paid less than half but whatever, my camper works now.
Easy to switch out. And I'm not an electronics guy. Replaced the model 6332 in my '94 Prowler.

This converter fit perfectly into the existing panel housing from my 1998 class B. The new converter arrived super quick and installation was a breeze. Couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Shawnee was amazing in reaching out to me Everytime there was progress w my order. Was back ordered then was in stock but shipped to a physical address but the USPS didn't deliver it because I don't have a mailbox(could've left on porch). Called etrailer and Shawnee took it on herself to ship a new one and expressed it. Glad to see some businesses are still working in the before Covid mentality
The included instructions were excellent. No awkward English, just clear step-by-step instructions for a variety of scenarios.
I’ve got a 1988 Big Foot 5th wheel that I upgraded to a 200 amp hr AGM battery and this works great in conjunction with that. Got to say that etrailers shipping is great!!
Exactly what I wanted. Good instructions for installation. Install the Unit and everything is working again.

Wonderful upgrade! Easy to install and works great. I feel so much safer knowing this unit is in our older RV.

Incredible service, easy install, perfect fit, repair success!!! My camper's magnetek was on the fritz. Output fluctuations between 9volt and 10.5 volts. A quick google search led me to this replacement (upgrade). Done and done... When I ordered I selected the cheapest shipping because I live in Alaska. George J at Etrailer compiled my order, upgraded shipping (at no cost) and I had my new converter by the end of the week. Repair done before the weekend. Thank you!
The metal case was manufactured poorly. After installing, things were not square... the top/bottom door latch didn't align. You could visibly see that the box was not square. The installation instructions did not define certain terms that a pro would know, for ex: reference to "power section" or "DC section" with no explanation, arrows, or anything. Called Progressive Dynamics during install for clarification, and could only leave message. Days later, they never returned my call. The pictures in the installation instructions are dark and fuzzy and certain parts could not even be made out. Very poor, that. I've heard that Progressive Dynamics is buying all the other companies out so that they can monopolize the industry, cut corners and make shoddy products. My experience is consistent with this. Pre-installation, though, i was able to get through to Progressive Dynamics and, at that point, they were very helpful, correcting some misinformation an etrailer rep had given me.

After a year, the convertor is still going well. There have been no issues what so ever. Thank you for all your help when I desperately needed it.
