The Progressive Dynamics Lithium 60 amp converter section part # PD4560LICSV only works with lithium batteries. The part # PD4060CSV is version that works with lead acid batteries. There isn't a version that does both styles of battery. The only way to have a setup that could do both would be with an all new panel like the part # PD4060K that can switch between the two. This is also a 60 amp setup.
