You should be able to find the part number for your power center/converter by opening the door the fuse panel on your 2009 Forest River. You can see inside the door for the Progressive Dynamics 4000 # PD4060K it identifies it as the 4060 which uses the Converter # PD4060CSV.
Please send me any information you find on the labels inside your fuse panel and I will help you find the correct converter for your Forest River.
