Need to know if this replacement board includes the special switch to correctly charge LiFePO4 lithium batteries??

The part # PD4060CSV that you referenced is compatible with lithium batteries as there's a small switch on it that allows it to change between the two. It has a tiny microswitch right near the coil that has two positions, one marked LA (lead acid) and the other marked LI (lithium).
