Ellen: Hey everybody, I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com, and we're taking a quick look at the replacement damper for your Titan brake actuator. This is going to be that component that makes sure our actuator has good pressure; it keeps the tension there to make sure things aren't just slamming into each other. It's going to help to cushion the motion of that actuator, so if something happened with it, it got damaged or broken, this is going to be a direct replacement from the manufacturer.Let's take a closer look and I'll give you a couple measurements, just for reference, to make sure this is the right fit for you. Again, this goes with your Titan surge brake actuator; that's going to be the model 20 Titan brake actuator. As far as the overall size, going from the end to end here, outside edge to outside edge, it's about 9 1/2" long. If we go from the center of one hole to the center of the other, it's about 8 1/4".
The diameter of the smaller hole is about 1/2". The larger is, that inner diameter, is about 7/8", so you actually see that. And then the diameter of the tube looks to be about an 1 3/4".That's pretty much it for our look at the replacement damper for your model 20 Titan brake actuator. I hope this has been helpful in deciding if this is the right replacement part for you. We do have a lot of replacement parts here at etrailer.com, along with a lot of other accessories for towing in general, so check them out.
Thanks for watching.
