Full Bed Access and Clean Look: Underbed Mount Keeps It Out of the Way
This custom underbed installation kit leaves your truck bed wide open when you’re not towing. The hitch uses a single 4" diameter hole for the gooseneck ball and mounts underneath the bed, giving you a flush, factory-clean surface once the hitch is removed. You can even flip the 2-5/16" ball upside down into the receiver to stow it out of the way, so you get full use of your truck bed for hauling gear or loading pallets.
Two Towing Options in One: Gooseneck and Fifth Wheel Ready
Instead of installing separate systems, this setup works as both an underbed gooseneck hitch and the foundation for a B&W Companion fifth wheel hitch. When you’re towing a gooseneck trailer, it provides a solid, 30,000-lb gross towing weight and 7,500-lb vertical load limit. When it’s time to tow a fifth wheel, just drop in your Companion hitch (BWRVK3500 or BWRVK3400) into the square opening and lock it with the handle. It’s a quick way to switch between towing styles without adding extra rails or drilling new holes.
Strong, Simple Install: Custom Brackets Use Existing Frame Holes
You won’t have to weld or drill into the frame to mount this kit. The custom brackets bolt directly to existing holes in the truck’s frame for a secure fit. The only drilling required is for the safety chain loops and the 4" center opening in the bed. The operating handle is set up to be reached from the rear driver’s-side wheel well, and its built-in steel pin locks the gooseneck ball or fifth wheel post in place. The heavy-duty powder-coated steel construction resists corrosion and stands up to years of heavy towing use.

Definitely like this setup. Granted for a 65 year old it was little tough getting to putting in all the bolts. Having a car lift would have helped, but did not have one in my shop . Installed totally by myself, lost a washed down by fuel take and they were able to send another one out to me. Great with the Companion Fifth wheel hitch. Have been pulling my 43ft and 18,000lbs fifth wheel for a year now. No problems encountered with this set up. Would go with this set-up time and time again!! Highly recommend.

I couldn’t be more happy with this hitch, it works perfect each and every time. The installation was not bad either for my 2013 Chevrolet 2500. I would definitely recommend this hitch to anyone who’s looking. I recently installed a different brand hitch in a friend of mines 2017 f350, as I’m working on this I’m thinking to myself I’m so glad I didn’t buy this kind. Overall b&w in my opinion is the best choice on the market today.

Excellent product installed my self in a chevy 2500 hd. Instruction were easy to follow and precise. Really like the fact that when I take my rail out you gain the whole bed of your truck back. No pins sticking up just a flat bed won't know you were able to put a 5 th whelk hick and rain in there. Only complaint is because the hitch that attached to this frame is rated at 2k its is heavy to lift when removing. But if you have a chain host and a couple straps and can back under, the problem is solved and can be done by one man.
