Yes, the B&W Companion # BWRVK3400, which uses the Base # BWRVB3405 you referenced, will fit the Custom Underbed Installation Kit # BWGNRK1012-5W for your 2015 GMC Sierra 2500. This is one of my favorite towing setups because you gain the ability to tow either a 5th wheel or gooseneck trailer, the installation looks really clean, and it's all made here in the USA!

The only other thing I recommend checking out if you don't already have it is a 7-Way wiring kit for your truck bed. Installing one of these kits like the Demco # DM8555002 really helps to make connecting and disconnecting your trailer wiring much easier since the connection point is closer to the coupling point of the trailer.
