Hey, everybody, welcome to etrailer.com. I'm Bobby, and today we're taking a look at the GSI Outdoor Santoku Knife Set, and this can be a great way, guys, if you just want to go ahead and grab yourself some nice little knife-ware to go ahead and have inside your RV or your camper. What I really like about it though, it's gonna be great to have it indoors for here to go ahead of meal prep for ourselves, but it can be really easy to go ahead, throw these guys in, lock them up, zip this up, throw in the backpack and have it ready no matter where you are. So you're gonna get a nice little set here. The first one of your seven piece set is gonna be just the traveling case that it is in. Now I do really like the vinyl here.

It feels like it's gonna be nice and protected for ourselves. Gonna prevent any dirt or anything from getting on the inside, if for some reason we do drop it, which is excellent. And it's gonna protect our inside pieces here. So, we do have three different knives here. Our first one is gonna be our paring knife here, for your smaller fruits and vegetables.

You also do have your chef knives here, and your serrated bread knife to go ahead and make sure you have no trouble getting through any of those substances you might be bringing. You do have a nice little cleaning cloth here. You're gonna have this abrasive side that you can almost probably hear it there, and a softer side for cleaning as well. And you do have a little bottle here. This can be excellent to go ahead and make sure you have soap even when you are in the backwoods somewhere, to go ahead and really assist with that scrubbing.

And one thing I really, really like about it is this foldable cutting board. So, no matter where we're at, we can go ahead, fold this guy out, and we have a nice surface to do some cutting on. Now the plastic sheets on here are gonna do a great job of making sure that our blades aren't gonna be cutting anything or ourselves while they're in our bag. All we have to do is simply slide it off, and you guys can see it has a nice little bevel edge there. These do you feel like high quality knives.

I don't think they're gonna be tarnishing anytime soon. I do you really like GSI stuff. They seem to put just a little bit of care in their products, which is great. All we gotta do though is simply go ahead and start utilizing our cutting board here. And you guys can see now, I'll go ahead and prepare my apple. Now, of course, you guys are probably gonna have a few more stuff on the trails with you, but this can be a great way of just going ahead and preparing your items. The only thing I would suggest though, not the biggest fan of this being right here where it is. That crease could start getting a little bit of, you know, gunk in it over the time. So that's just something to keep in mind, and something you'd probably have to clean. So if you guys do find yourselves picking this up just to store in your RV or your camper for whenever you need it, I might suggest going ahead and also grabbing yourself the Camco Decor Mate Stove Topper and Cutting Board. As you guys can see, this is gonna really expand the counter space that you guys are gonna have available for yourself. I know how it is in RV living, how it's always kind of, one more thing to keep in mind, Trying to keep the meal simple. What's great about this, I can go ahead, have the room I need to prepare any meal, and I'll have the knife set to do it. And when I'm all said and done with these knives, it is nice and compact, becomes really easy to store in any of our drawers, a backpack. And I really do like this handle. Makes it really easy to grab out and get ready no matter where we are. Well guys, whether you find yourselves in the backwoods somewhere, need a knife set, or just want to have a handy-dandy knife set inside your RV or camper I think the Santoku knife set is gonna be an excellent way of just going ahead and make sure that you have a knife to do any of the jobs you need done.
