I have a horse trailer with 205/70r14 tires and cant find replacements. Can I use 205/75r14 to replace them?

The tire size 205/75r14 is close enough to the 205/70r14 that you currently have that it could potentially work for you. It will be .9 of an inch taller than what you currently have. You will need to check to make sure you have the clearance for the additional height.
For a tire I would recommend the part # AM10235.
