Hey Steven, yes the Curt gooseneck hitch part # C44NQ does fit your 2019 Ford F-250 that has the brackets on the frame rails already for the OEM gooseneck hitch.

Your website says the only under bed gooseneck hitch for this 2019 f250 is Curt model c44NQ.. The truck came with an inside the frame rail flange on both sides. Nothing on the outside. No mention of the inside flanges on the installation video. Will the C44NQ hitch still work properly? Does the existing flange receive the new top plates?

@JamesonC Disappointed, I can't believe this hasn't come up before. I wouldn't have ordered it. I trusted your website when it said it would fit. Please make sure you are correct

@Steven Maybe it could work but I can't get a decent picture of the rails on your truck to see how the Curt hitch would fit with it. We have seen this before with the B and W hitches and they did fit with the brackets so the more I think about it I can't see why the Curt wouldn't work.

I completed the install, but ran into a huge problem on one of the last steps of the process. The existing welded frame flange on the drivers side didn't have a slot to allow for the pin release rod to pass through. This problem didn't show up until the end step, making the kingpin impossible to be held in properly. My work-around was to cut the release rod down to a length that the spring assembly could still be assembled properly. But that took away my ability to release the pin for upsidedown storage when not in use. This factor was extremely important to me. The existing flange would need to have a notch cut to allow passage of the release rod, but the only way I see that as possible would be to remove the box to allow access from the top. I would be willing to talk more to someone on the phone if they feel it would be helpful to others.
