When I brought up the list of trailer hitches for a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee and ed WDH, the Trailer Mate Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2 Part Number: TMT97FR had three options. I chose the option that indicated excluding SRT, EcoDiesel, and Trackhawk. When I went into the detail, the description read EcoDiesel excluding SRT, EcoDiesel, and Trackhawk SRT-8. Will this fit a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude with a V6?

I’m sorry for the confusion with our fitguide. Some of the fitment categories come directly from the manufacturer, which can cause the same hitch to appear under multiple options and make the listing a little difficult to follow.
The Trailer Mate Trailer Hitch Receiver # TMT97FR will fit your 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude with the 3.6L V6. Your Jeep falls under the “excluding SRT, EcoDiesel, and Trackhawk” fitment option, so you’re good to go with this hitch.
The # TMT97FR is rated for up to 600 lbs of tongue weight and 6,000 lbs of towing capacity. You’ll still want to check your Grand Cherokee’s owner’s manual for its specific towing capacity, since you’ll always be limited by the lowest-rated component in your towing setup.
