It sure does Witt and congrats on your new SUV. The Curt Hitch item # C34FR62ZY does indeed fit the SE model of the new 2026 Toyota RAV4 PHEV. I checked with Curt and this hitch actual fits every model of the new 2026 RAV4. This is the only option currently available for your SUV.
The Curt Hitch item # C34FR62ZY is a custom fit class III hitch with a 2" receiver. It will match your RAV4's 3,500 lbs towing capacity and 350 lbs tongue weight capacity so it'll work great for towing a small trailer or hauling accessories like a bike rack or cargo carrier.
If you also need trailer wiring, I recommend the Curt Trailer Wiring Harness item # C34FR62FT. It is custom fit and will add a 4-Way connector capable of controlling the lighting functions on a trailer or accessory.
I really like the Curt item # C34FR62ZY because of how it looks after it's installed. The entire crosstube is completely concealed behind the rear bumper leaving only the 2" receiver visible. This not only looks better but helps with ground clearance. I attached a couple of pictures below so you can see what it looks like installed.
