High-Low Adapter for 2026 Ford Maverick
Published 08/08/2026 >
Question:
Hi, just installed the Roadmaster baseplate etc. on 2026 Ford Maverick. Will be using it with a 2013 Newmar BayStar. Do you have measurements of what size high/low receiver adapter I will need. I need to travel a little ways to get a good flat measurement. Thanks,

Hey Bruce, welcome back! Assuming you have the 225/55R19 tires the bracket height is 14.5" for your # RM87NQ. You need to measure from the ground to the center of the receiver on your 2013 Newmar BayStar to find the right high-low adapter. The difference between the two is the amount of rise/drop you need. See the attached photo.
The etrailer High-Low Adjustable Adapter # e52ZV you were looking at works for many applications. This has a maximum rise/drop of 6" with the adjustment holes 1-1/4" apart. I expect this to work with your setup, but I would still measure just to be sure.
Where are you headed first once you finish your setup?
