Factory Preset PSI Rating for the Roadmaster InvisiBrake Supplemental Braking System # RM-8700

Question:

Im curious what the factory preset air pressure is for the Invisibrake 8700. I know Im supposed to adjust according to the braking feel of the combination of the RV and towed vehicle, but I would like to start with the factory preset and I think my unit might have been inadvertently changed before installation.

I spoke with my contact at Roadmaster and he informed me that the factory preset PSI rating that the Roadmaster InvisiBrake Supplemental Braking System # RM-8700 is about 60 psi. Which is also the same rating they used when they used this product with a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited like what you have.

I mounted my invisabrake under front seat facing toward driver door I can access the adjusting knob without hitting it with my feet when sitting in front or rear seat
