How is Invisibrake Powered if 2015 Jeep Wrangler's Battery is Disconnected to Flat Tow

Question:
I have a question about flat towing a 2015 Jeep Wrangler. I read your detailed commentary about parts needed for flat towing a Jeep Wrangler and the video on your website about installing the Invisibrak system on a Jeep Wrangler. In the video, the invisibrake system gets connected to the battery and one of the stated features of the invisibrake system is Integrated Battery Protection connecting directly to tow battery, constantly charging battery, and trickle charge if running lights are on. However, for flat towing, it is recommended that the battery be disconnected. So Im hoping you can clarify how the Integrated Battery Protection feature functions - and how the invisibrake system is impacted - if it is connected to the battery, but the battery is disconnected? Any clarification on this confusion is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I spoke with my contact at Roadmaster and he said that if you disconnect the battery of your 2015 Jeep Wranger as per flat towing instructions your Jeep will be off, however since the Invisibrake supplemental braking system, # RM-8700, is wired directly to the battery it will still be sending a 12 volt, 2 amp trickle charge to the power the Invisibrake's Battery Protection feature function.
I have included a video of the Invisibrake being installed on a 2013 Jeep Wrangler as well as a link to installation instructions for you to check out.
