No, it will not Mayra. The Universal Wheel Holder Kit item # HR89FR is designed to replace the wheel holders on the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes item # HLY84FR. This is a custom fit replacement part so it's not going to work on a Benton MoveHitch item # B86VR.
The Universal Wheel Holder Kit item # HR89FR also works with the discontinued HR1450Z-E and HR1455Z-E bike racks. It will replace one front wheel holder and one rear wheel holder on the Sport Rider SE bike racks.
What do you plan on carrying with the Benton Move Hitch cargo carrier and are you interested in a recommendation for a bike rack? If so I would just need to know what kind of bikes you have.
