Is There a Diagram for Cutting Rear Fascia of 2026 Honda Passport for Installing Curt Hitch C69RJ

Question:
The installation instructions for a Curt 13641hitch for a 2026 Honda Passport in step 2, reference a diagram to use to cut the fascia trim. I dont see a diagram or template in the instructions. Is that photo that has no scale or measurements, considered the diagram? Im buying a new Passport RTL and am undecided on whether to get the RTL Towing or not, I installed a hitch purchased from you all on our CRV, but I dont think there was any cutting. If I wind up installing one, I dont want to mess up the trim by not getting the cut precisely right.

Hey Alan, the diagram that is referenced in step 2 of the instructions for the Curt hitch # C69RJ that fits your 2026 Honda Passport is that picture just to the right of the step that you noticed. It's not a template so you would just need to look at the picture and use the reference points you can see in the picture to create the same template on your vehicle. Are you planning on doing some towing?
