Hey Eileen, thanks for reaching out. We do offer a trailer hitch receiver for a 2020 Acura RDX. For that I recommend the following:

This hitch has a 2" receiver which is standard. It has a 3,500 lb towing rating and 350 lb tongue weight capacity so it'll work great for carrying a bike rack or even towing a small trailer. Its a no-drill bolt-on fit for your RDX. Just keep in mind if your spare tire is 18" or larger it will not fit under the vehicle with the hitch installed.

I purchased the Etrailer Class III 2 inch with Matte finished,it was a perfect fit to my 2022 Acura RDX Aspec,use it for bike carrier and hitch basket for camping and picnics.With 2 person to attach it,it’s easier than 1,and we didn’t even have to lower the exhaust,but would be much easier if we did.Hope this helps.

Bought this exact one for my 2024 RDX. Super easy install. No need to take anything apart (eg: exhaust system). 4 bolts and that’s it! Doing it alone took me about 1 hour. Having a helper would have been 15 minutes. It’s been on the car for 2 years, including NJ winters. No rust.

I bought a hitch which was made for my '21 RDX and fit perfectly. However, my experienced mechanic suggested that the 10 speed transmission on that vehicle is its weakest asset, so I decided that I will NEVER use the hitch. I have trucks for towing, so using a vehicle for towing that may shorten its useful life is not worth the risk for me!

I have bought an etrailer hitch for both my 2021 Acura RDX and 2024 Acura RDX. They work great. I use them for connecting a large bike rack (Trule, 2 and 4 bike). The hitch is very solid and holds the bike rack great.

Hey Kurt, The tech note on the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver #e72AR is talking about wheel diameter and not overall diameter of the wheel and tire. Since you have 17" wheels you shouldn't have an issue with a full-size spare.
