It states that a spare tire bigger that 18 inches won’t fit after installation. I have 2020 Acura RDX with spare tire at 19. Your videos mention lowering spare tire temporarily on RDX. The 2020 came with full size spare tire of 19 inches. Since your videos state to lower tire will the full size spare tire fit was tow bar is installed?

No, it won't. Those directions are for the 2020 Acura RDX's that have the 18" spare tire, not all of them came with full size spare tires. The tire's in the way when you install the hitch so it has to come out. All of the hitches, item # C95CR, item # e72AR, and item # 36114, that fit your RDX will not allow the full size spare to be reinstalled.
