Question:
I have a 2015 forest river Cherokee 304bh will this work to replace my current ac? My current account runs consistently all day and struggles to keep the camper cooled off. Its a pretty big travel trailer for just the one ac.

Yes, the Furrion Chill Cube RV AC System part # FR49TD would work very well as an upgrade for your 2015 Forest River Cherokee 304BH as long as your camper has a ducted air conditioning system already in place. From what you described, it definitely sounds like your current AC is struggling to keep up with the size of the trailer, and moving up to an 18,000 Btu system should make a very noticeable difference in overall cooling performance and comfort. The Chill Cube systems have been extremely impressive with how quickly and evenly they cool larger RVs, especially in hotter weather when older units tend to run nonstop without ever really catching up.
One important thing to know is that this would replace the complete system including the rooftop unit, air distribution box, and thermostat, since the Chill Cube components are designed to work together as a matched system. The part # FR49TD is specifically designed for ducted RV systems, so your Cherokee would need ceiling ductwork already built into the trailer for that setup to work properly. If your RV does not have ductwork and uses a non ducted ceiling assembly instead, then you would need the ductless version, which is the Furrion Chill Cube RV Air Conditioner with Air Distribution Box part # FR27TD.
Who usually comes along on your camping trips with you, kids or pets that need cooler spaces during the day?

Yes my camper has ducts in the ceiling. We're currently full-time in the camper while we build our house in Georgia. Our pups need to keep cool when the summer heat cranks up while we're at work
