Brake Controller - Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller w/ Universal Wiring Harness item # RED52VR

The Universal Installation Kit item # ETBC7 includes a 7-way trailer connector and all the wiring, connectors, and circuit breakers you'll need to complete the installation. This kit is designed for use on a vehicle with an existing 4-way flat trailer connector and plugs directly into it. You will then connect the blue wire to the blue wire on the brake controller, connect the black wire to the positive post on your Kia's battery, the white wire to a suitable ground, and the yellow wire to the accessory circuit. This will provide you with the ability to control your trailer's brakes and also provide you with a 12v power wire for you trailer's battery.

The Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller w/ Universal Wiring Harness item # RED52VR is a proportional brake controller that activates your trailer's brakes when your Kia decelerates. This is the safest way to slow or stop your trailer. The Tow-Pro Liberty has unique installation method where the only visible portion is the control knob that's about the size of a nickel. The main unit is hidden away inside your dash to be completely out of the way and out of sight. The included universal wiring harness is all you'll need to complete the installation.

I've attached a couple of wiring diagrams below along with installation videos so you can see how to get these parts installed.

You're also going to need to install a 4-way connector. The item # ETBC7 requires the lighting signals from the 4-way. There's a couple of different options for the 2024 Telluride. What specific model do you have and do you have LED tail lights?
