Can you confirm that this harness does NOT work on the 2024 Telluride EX with the LED taillights? If it does not, is there another harness that will work and provide for a 7 way adapter and brake controller? Thank you.

I do have a solution for your 2024 Kia Telluride that has the LED taillights that does allow it to have both a 4-way and 7-way plus install a brake controller but it is not with the # TK74CR which does not work for you based on the LED taillights.
Instead you would need to go with a 4-way first like with the Curt # C59236 which is a universal install type that requires splicing into the taillights and the brake controller install kit part # ETBC7 which comes with everything needed to convert to a 7-way as well as install a brake controller like the P2 part # 90885. This also has a 4-way connector present as well like you are wanting.
