Question:
I want to buy a hitch for e bike rack. I took a video of the underside of my 2017 Jeep Cherokee Latitude. Can I send it to you to make sure I order the correct product?

Hi Lori,
We can determine which hitch will work for your Jeep just based off the year, make, and model! We work hard to cross reference and confirm fitments of all our parts with manufacturers and through our own installations on vehicles to help our customers make sure they get what fits!
For your 2017 Jeep Cherokee Latitude, I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch w/2" Receiver Class III part # C13172. This hitch has a concealed cross tube that will install behind your bumper so that only the hitch receiver tube is visible. It's an easy bolt-on installation that will require some trimming of the fascia to make space for the hitch receiver tube; I've included a photo below so you can see what it will look like. The hitch is rated for 750lbs on tongue weight, which is more than enough to handle the weight of a bike rack and two e-bikes. If you ever wanted to tow anything, it's towing capacity is 5,000lbs, which is enough to tow a small camper or trailer.
Do you have a bike rack picked out for your e-bike yet?
