The hitch has been great, sturdy and useful. The instructions were a little lacking and required additional steps at times, but it went on well eventually and has been a huge after ever since.
etrailer.com was easy to order from, offered a great price, and the product shipped within two days. This particular hitch is a challenge to install on the Jeep Cherokee if trying to do it alone, so plan on having some help or getting a professional to complete the install. Finished product is great!
Install is not the easiest of all the available hitches but in looks better than the others when complete. It came with descent instructions, did not come with wiring harness for the lights (and no mention from the sales rep.) and I had to reorder it or it would have been 5 stars. UPS destroyed the box, bad UPS.
Trevor was very helpful when deciding which receiver to get. I opted for 2 day shipping as I needed to have the receiver inside of 3 days. I was very impressed with the speed at which the people at etrailer handled my order. The order was processed and shipped within hours of my order. Trevor handled my order over the phone. He was very nice and professional to deal with. I received my order at my doorstep a day and a half after placing the order. The unit was a perfect fit for my 2016 Jeep, and although there was some cutting and trimming required for the lower valance panel (as indicated in the description), The installation was relatively quick and painless. This hitch and the purchase of it all went very well. Delivery happened as it was supposed to, the product was what was advertised and what I wanted. I had it installed so can't comment on the installation process, but it has performed as expected.
I don't know ANYTHING about car stuff, but the 'how to' video that came along with product was fantastic. I was able to follow along and install the hitch receiver myself! Finished product looks great, as only the receiver dips below the bumper level to become visible from the back, unlike other receivers. I would highly recommend this product.
Went in exactly how instructed. I did the install by myself, but would be alot easier with 2 people.
Received in the mail at 1230pm day of delivery had it installed by 2pm same day by myself. Would definitely recommend at least two people if you don’t have a lift but overall I’m very happy with the finished results!!

Hitch went in easy and instructions were very clear/easy to follow. The hitch itself has held up really well, with all the paint intact and no rust showing after a harsh/salty Michigan winter. I would absolutely recommend ETrailer to anyone who was going to ask my help installing ;)
Wow! This was incredibly easy to install. I wish I did it years ago. Ordered at 6pm day 0. Received it 6pm day 1. Installed completely by 8pm day 1. Incredibly fast and easy. Still astounded that it was on my doorstep within 24 hours. Video was very helpful also. Just had to borrow a torque wrench from the shop (mine didn’t go up to 110ft/lbs). THANK YOU!

Very high quality hitch. Nice welds, nice coating and good mounting hardware.
Instructions were very good ,Video online was a Big help also.Good Quality and had it installed in about 90 minutes.
Easy Install-Cost effective
Very disappointed in the time for delivery. Might not have been etrailers fault but you picked the provider.
Couple areas where you could improve.
Video says to notch car trim and instructions give you measurements but nowhere is there a template or directions on locating center of trim cut.

I'll let you know in a followup survey of how many cold beers I have to drink to complete tge installation!
Had everything needed and worked great! The most difficult part was carefully routing the wire under the vehicle to the battery, but they had a good amount of wire to work with.
Product shipped fast and everything was in the box. Our installer said he had no issuse at all installing it. Will update after using several times to see how well it is holding up.

This is a quality hidden mount hitch receiver. It was delivered super fast. Their recommend installation link had a place local to me. Lines of Lehigh valley in Quakertown. Perfect installation in a short time. My friend asked me to get an estimate for their car and they are also buying an etrailer and having it installed by linex as well. It looks great on our Jeep Cherokee

Still a fantastic hitch mount. Not something I use everyday but when I want to take my bikes out it’s nice knowing the hitch mount will be reliable
