Will one of these 15k btu replace my Duo-Therm 600315.331 13.5K BTU AC, or do I need to stay with Dometic?

If your current 13.5K unit kept the camper comfortable, I’d stay with that same size rather than automatically jumping to a 15K unit. The # ADV76SR is also low-profile, so it’s a nice choice if you want to keep the roof height down.
Just keep in mind # ADV76SR is the rooftop AC unit only. To complete the system, pair it with the Advent Air air distribution box with wall-mounted thermostat # ADV98SR, which works for ducted or ductless setups. Is your current setup tied into ceiling ducts, Soraya? Either way that unit will work well with the distribution box kit.
