Hi Cheyne,

To replace your Dometic Duo-Therm Penguin air conditioner unit you'll first want to check whether the current unit has a 6-pin or 9-pin connector. To get to the connector you'll need to remove the air distribution box cover inside your trailer and then look up for the harness that hangs down and plugs into the controller. The connector should look like one of the connectors pictured below.

If you have a 6-pin connector then you'll want to go with the Furrion Chill HE Replacement RV Air Conditioner # FR26PR. If you have a 9-pin connector then you'll need the Furrion Chill HE # FR82PV, which includes an adapter to connect to the controller.
