Hey Mark! The Bauer EM RV Entry Door Lock for Motorhomes # BA43UR is designed to fit a 3-3/4" tall x 2-3/4" wide cutout. This will fit if your existing cutout matches.
However, this is a left handed latch, and designed for motorhomes. It looks like your travel trailer has right handed doors so the Bauer NE RV Entry Door Lock for Trailers - Bluetooth - Right Handed # BA53UR would be more appropriate. This is designed to fit the same 3-3/4" tall x 2-3/4" wide standard travel trailer cutout so you still need to make sure it matches.
