The door latch was easy to install and fit right in. I like that the plunger latch is all metal. I can see where it does not stick out as far as my old one. I was having a hard time closing the rv door without pulling on the handle to close the rv door. It is costly but not as costly if I waited for the old one to break. I came in about 4 days. I have a 2017 Class C Forester motorhome.
