Question:
I installed a set of timbren enhanced spring helpers on the rear of my 2012 GMC Sierra and their no clearance between the axle and the timbren bottom, will that cause a problem, and how could i fix that

Expert Reply:
If your Timbrens don't have between 1 to 1.5 inches of clearance between the axle and the bottom of the spring you are going to have a very harsh ride quality as they springs will be engaged all the time. Is your truck lowered by chance and that's why the clearance isn't right? Did you install spacers between the frame and the spring that you could remove?
