Correct MORryde X-Factor crossmember for 2021 Rogue Armored 351G2

Updated 04/24/2026 | Published 04/17/2026

Question:

I am looking at your trailer suspension parts. But I’m not sure what ones I’m looking for, I have a 2021 rogue armored 351–G2. Tandem axle it is a 45 foot toy hauler. I am also interested in putting the Morryde X factor cross members underneath it. When I was looking at it, it showed the crossmember but then it also listed additional brackets, do I need additional brackets? Or do you know if I’m even looking at the right one? What model of that would be for the same trailer? Thank you for the support but since I haven’t found a way to put a trailer model and year in to look for parts compatible with it I’m not sure which ones to use. Any help you can give me is very much appreciated. Thank you John Morris

Hi John, you’re definitely looking in the right place and I can help clear this up so you’re not guessing.

For your 2021 Rogue Armored 351 G2, the correct MORryde X-Factor crossmember is the standard version part # MR33WR, and in most cases you will not need the additional brackets. Those extra brackets are only required if your trailer has something like Correct Track alignment brackets or a lifted hanger setup, which changes how the crossmember mounts. Most trailers like yours use standard vertical hangers, so the base kit will bolt up just fine and include what you need. The X-Factor strengthens the frame by tying the hangers together and reducing flex.

The reason you’re not seeing a “search by trailer” option is because suspension parts like this aren’t matched by brand or model, they’re matched by how your suspension is built underneath. The key is measuring what you currently have since these are not matched by trailer model.

Start with your axle spacing by measuring from the center of the front axle to the center of the rear axle. This tells us what range of equalizers and upgrade kits will work with your setup. Then measure your current equalizer by going center to center across the bottom holes and also from the center of the top hole down to one of the bottom holes. That gives us both the length and height so we can match the geometry correctly.

For your leaf springs, measure from the center of one eye to the center of the other eye with the suspension unloaded so the springs are at their natural length. You’ll also want the spring width, which is typically 1-3/4 inches on most trailers, and the axle rating, which is usually stamped on the axle tube. That makes sure the new springs are rated properly for the weight you’re carrying.

For bolts and bushings, confirm the bolt diameter, which is most commonly 9/16 inch, and check whether you currently have nylon or bronze bushings. If you’re upgrading, a wet bolt kit with bronze bushings is a solid improvement for durability and serviceability.

Once you have those measurements, we can match you up with the right springs, equalizers, and hardware so everything works together like it should.

What kind of toys are you hauling?

Mine came with all the brackets and hardware. It’s real simple to install. I think it stiffens the frame flex a ton. I installed mine on a 38’ Impact Toy hauler with tandem axle. I installed one. I think it’s a great help on rvs

@BryceM Sounds like you had a really smooth install, and you’re exactly right, even adding just one can make a noticeable difference in reducing that frame flex, especially on a longer toy hauler like yours. It’s one of those upgrades you don’t always think about until you feel the improvement. Have you noticed more of a difference on rough roads or during turns with your setup?

A Must-Have for Heavy Fifth Wheels – Stopped the "Camper Earthquake" "I recently installed the MORryde X-Factor Crossmembers along with the 4000 system on my 43-foot, 16,000 lb fifth wheel, and the difference is night and day. Before the install, every bridge abutment or pothole would resonate through the entire truck. We’d arrive at the campsite only to find the fridge door swung open and items scattered all over the floor. It felt like an earthquake hit the trailer every time we moved it. The installation of these crossmembers was smooth and straightforward. They really stiffen up the hangers and stop that side-to-side frame 'twist' that happens on long trailers during turns and bumps. After the first tow with them installed, the ride was significantly smoother in the cab, and more importantly, everything inside the camper stayed exactly where we put it. No more messes to clean up upon arrival. If you are pulling a heavy or long rig, don't wait—this is the structural support these frames should have come with from the factory. The greasable 'wet bolts' that come with the kit are also a huge upgrade for long-term maintenance. Highly recommended!" BTW E-trailer rocks, been using them for years!

@Chanc That’s an awesome write-up, really appreciate you taking the time to come back and share that. That “camper earthquake” description is spot on and something a lot of folks with longer fifth wheels can relate to, so it’s great to hear how much of a difference the X-Factor and 4000 system made for you. Sounds like you’ve got things dialed in now, especially if everything inside is staying put after a trip, that’s a huge win. What kind of trips are you usually taking with that 43-footer these days?

@HeatherA It’s a huge relief to finally have it dialed in! Honestly, after decades of working on vehicles, you learn pretty quickly that most factory setups just aren't built for the real-world conditions of our roads. Seeing a 16,000 lb rig literally twisting the frame hangers on a tight turn or a rough bridge is enough to make any mechanic cringe. The biggest win isn't just the smoother ride in the truck—it’s the peace of mind knowing the trailer isn't beating itself to death behind me. Having the fridge stay shut and the shelves staying organized means I can actually enjoy the "camping" part as soon as I put it in park, instead of starting the trip with a broom and a mop. If you’re on the fence about the upgrade, my advice is to stop waiting. It’s one of those rare mods that pays for itself in reduced wear and tear on the rig (and your nerves) the very first time you hit a pothole. Safe travels out there!

@Chanc we’ve had a lot of customers say the same thing about factory setups, especially when it comes to suspension and sway. Glad to hear it’s working out for you. And honestly, the fridge staying organized alone is a huge selling point in my book. Thank you for the glowing review!
