Question:

I was told by Etrailer that the Morryde X Factor with not work with the Alltrek Equalizer. Can Etrailer confirm this? I need to order everything.

Hey Jeff! I'm not sure who told you that but the information is incorrect. The MORryde X-Factor Crossmember can be used with the AllTrek 4000 like # MR29DR. The correct X-Factor crossmember is the # MR33WR which is the same as the XF12-001. You can see the compatibility chart from MORryde attached below.

Hey Jeff, did you get a chance to order the MORryde X-Factor Crossmember and AllTrek 4000 Equalizers? I'm interested to know how it worked out for you, as it could help others looking to make similar upgrades.

@RobinH Yes all was ordered and installed. A couple of weeks ago I went on a 1500 mile trip. I didn't notice any issues during my travel. I didn't notice any positive changes in towing as well. I just hope the part are doing their job by adding some protection to my trailer.

@Jeff I'm sure they are. Sometimes when you really focus on it it makes it harder to tell the difference. They definitely work, we get to see more of that first hand when we test before and right after installation. Let me know if you need anything else.
