Theater Seating for 2017 Holiday Rambler Endeavor 40D with 92" Of Available Space

Updated 04/06/2026 | Published 04/01/2026

Question:

We are interested in replacing our sleeper sofa in our 2017 Holiday Rambler Endeavor 40D. We have 92inch space to work with. We want to go to reclining options. I am looking at the Thomas Payne Seismic options in Driftwood. Wondering if there is a center seat option for those? Thinking the best configuration, if so would be to go with a left, right and center along with the 5inch center console between the center and each of the end pieces. Or if you have another recommendation, we are open to it.

Hey Tracey! The Thomas Payne Heritage Armless RV Recliner - Driftwood # TP63AR is the middle seat for this setup. If you add this along with the Right Arm # TP62AR, Left Arm # TP65AR and two of the Center Consoles # TP53AR it would normally be a great configuration.

However, it looks like there is an error in our listed dimensions vs the diagram from Lippert. I did reach out to them and confirmed that it is 27.5" wide just like the other seats. If you add all of that up you're sitting at 92.5" which is over your available space.

I would double check your space just to be sure before ordering. The alternative would be to use one or none of the center consoles. The middle does flip down with cupholders if it is not in use.

Where are you headed with the motorhome once you get your new seats installed?
