What are the exterior dimensions at the base? Not the lid.

Hey Clint, I went out to the warehouse to measure the Snap-Top Battery Box with Strap for Group 24 to Group 31 Batteries # 329-HM318BKS for you. The overall length under the base is just about 15-1/2" at the longest part, then about 14-1/2" at the shorter part in the middle.
The overall width underneath is about 7-1/4".
I've attached some photos to show you if that makes it easier to follow :). What kind of trailer is this going on? It looks like a newer travel trailer of some sort.
