Question:
I was looking at the Lippert 24 Two Step pull out for my 2025, 20 Airstream. All the dimensions work except for the top bracket. My existing single-step is top mounted with the two top bolt holes attaching to the frame being 4 apart Front to back-both sides. The step is 24 the frame Width is 26 but the front to back frame depth is 6. Is there some modification or perhaps additional hardware that will make this work? Could I use the first top hole and drill a hole 4 back for the 2nd?. The Lippert top holes ae 7 apart as per your web page answer. Is there some hardware need to make this work or if not, is there a double-step pull out with these same dimensions, but with the top hole mounted dimensions as I described?

Hey Tom, for situations like yours where the mounting brackets/hardware don't match up perfectly the best solution is to use a set of outriggers like the part # LC301704 to install the steps # LC432682. This gives you the ability to attach brackets to the RV frame in a new area and match what the new steps require.
