What is the diference between these 3 Curt hitches C67JR, e25TR and 13494? My vehicle is a Subaru 2025 Outback

Hey Marvin, actually all three of those part numbers are essentially the same hitch. Our Curt part number # C67JR is the same as the Curt 13494 we just change the part number to better organize it in our systems etc. The etrailer hitch part # e25TR is made by same factory as the Curt hitches with the only real difference being the finish. It has a matte finish instead of gloss like the Curt which some prefer as it hides itself a little better. With only the hitch opening being present this really doesn't mean a whole lot so if you were looking for my recommendation I would honestly just go with whichever has the better price.
Will you be doing any towing?
