Hey, Terry.

Thanks for reaching out. AL-KO wasn’t always consistent with their axle components, so the best way to find the correct seal is by measuring. I know removing and measuring the existing seal isn’t always easy, but if you can get the outer diameter of the spindle where the seal sits and the inner diameter of the hub bore where the seal fits, I’ll be able to match you up with the right replacement.

For 7k axles today, they are using one of the following seal sizes:

Part # GS-2250DL - 2.250" ID - 3.376" OD
Part # GS-2125DL - 2.125" ID - 3.376" OD

Hello Thurston; the Dexter Grease Seal for 12" x 2" Hubs #DX72UR is manufactured by Dexter and matches their OEM parts.

Yes, we do Steve! It is the Grease Seals 10-36 (pair) item #RG06-070. This is also a pair of seals with a inner diameter of 2.250" and an outer diameter of 3.376".

Hey Jared! Thank you for providing those part numbers. You have #LM67048 outer and #25580 inner bearings with a #DX72UR (K71-305-00) grease seal. The correct Timken bearing kit is the #TMK72VR. If you need anything else feel free to reply below.

The Tru Ryde grease seals you mentioned, part #RG06-70 are indeed a replacement for the 10-036-00 Dexter seals. They would work great for your application.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
