I have searched using every wording possible on how to install e track on a box truck with metal studs and not one video has come up. Not one. Why is that?

Hey Darryl, thanks for reaching out. That's probably because we don't have a video that shows that. We do mostly trailer/RV work, and we don't see many box trucks here at our shop. I can still provide some general instructions for you though.
On a box truck with metal studs, the key is fastening the E-track into the studs, not just the plywood wall panel. Find your stud locations first, they’re usually 16 or 24 inches on center. Once you’ve got those marked, line the E-track up so you’re hitting solid structure behind it. You can use good quality self-drilling TEK screws into the steel studs, or if you want it extra stout for heavier loads, through-bolt it with grade 5 or 8 bolts and large washers or backing plates like part # e66RR to spread the load.
Space your fasteners consistently, at least every other slot, and closer if you’re securing heavier cargo. Make sure you’re not drilling into wiring or anything hidden in the wall. Once it’s mounted, give it a solid tug test before you trust it on the road.
