Cool your camper without making the AC the center of attention. This textured white Quiet Series RV AC delivers 13,500 Btu of cooling, with large coils to move heat out efficiently and all-copper construction to handle travel vibration.
When your Coleman-Mach rooftop AC still fits the opening but does not cool like it used to, replacing the outside unit can be the cleaner path forward. This textured white Quiet Series Mach 3 gives you 13,500 Btu of cooling in an AC-unit-only replacement for compatible Coleman-Mach R32 non-ducted systems. The interior components and controls are sold separately, so you can match the rooftop unit to the correct setup for your RV or camper.
Non-ducted ACs send cooled air directly into the cabin from the ceiling assembly, which can make fan and airflow noise more noticeable. This Coleman-Mach Quiet Series unit is designed to reduce operating noise, helping make the AC less distracting when you are watching TV, talking, or trying to sleep. Coleman-Mach does not provide a specific decibel rating for this model, so the benefit is quieter operation rather than a guaranteed dB reduction.
After hours on the road or a full afternoon in the sun, heat can hang around inside your RV long after the outside temperature starts to drop. This 13,500 Btu air conditioner delivers 320 CFM of airflow to help pull heat out of the cabin and keep cooled air moving through your compatible non-ducted Coleman-Mach setup. Large evaporator and condenser coils with raised lance fins help move heat out efficiently, while all-copper tubing and secure joints help the unit stand up to travel vibration.
This rooftop AC is built for compatible Coleman-Mach non-ducted systems that use R32 refrigerant. That fitment matters because newer R32 systems are not always interchangeable with older Coleman-Mach setups. Before installing, confirm that your interior components and controls are compatible with this R32 rooftop unit. It is not backward compatible with older systems.
Swapping a rooftop AC means lifting the unit onto the RV, sealing the roof opening, and connecting it to the correct interior components. Staying with a compatible Coleman-Mach R32 setup can help keep the replacement more straightforward, but it is still a job where the right installer can make a difference. This AC can be paired with the Coleman-Mach AirSpace Heater electric heat kit , sold separately. The 5,600 Btu heater assembly adds supplemental electric heat through the compatible Coleman-Mach system, which can help take the chill out of the air on cool mornings or shoulder-season trips. It is not included with this AC unit and is not meant to replace your RV furnace in cold weather.

Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this the Coleman-Mach Quiet Series Mach 3 13,500 BTU RV Air Conditioner. This is a 13,500 BTU rooftop AC for your RVs and campers with a non-ducted setup. So if the air from your current AC comes directly out of the ceiling assembly, instead of traveling through the ducts and coming out of multiple vents outside of your RV or camper, this is going to be the type of system that we're talking about. Now, one of the main reasons to look at this particular Mach 3 unit is noise.
With a non-ducted AC, you're going to be sitting directly underneath the air conditioner, so your fan and airflow noise can be pretty noticeable. But Coleman-Mach designed this Quiet series to make the AC less distracting. So when you're having a conversation, when you're watching TV or even when you're sleeping, this is going to be a lot quieter than your typical non-ducted AC units and systems. Now, before we go any further, let me give you some measurements. Looking at the overall length, we're sitting right at about 38 inches long.
The overall width here at the widest point, right at about 26 and one eighth inches. Then this is going to be right at about 13 and three quarters inches tall. This weighs right about 80 pounds. And again, this is going to install over your 14 and a quarter by 14 and a quarter inch roof opening. As far as cooling goes, again, you're getting 13,500 BTUs of cooling power.
This has a 320 CFM of airflow. And this is going to be a pretty straightforward option for those who already have a 13.5K Coleman-Mach. We're happy with that amount of cooling. Internally, there is a large evaporator and condenser coils with raised lance spins to help move air and get heat out of your camper. This also uses all copper tubing and secure joints, which is going to be nice to see on something that's going to spend its life bouncing and vibrating on top of your RV or camper.
Now this is one of Coleman-Mach's newer R32 units. So because of that, this is not going to be backwards compatible with older systems. So just because you already have a Coleman-Mach on your roof, doesn't necessarily mean that you're going to be able to remove the old rooftop unit and put this one in its place and reuse everything. This is just going to be for this AC unit by itself, so you're not getting the interior air distribution box and controls with it. If you already have a compatible Coleman-Mach R32 air distribution box, then you can make this a nice option when all you need is just a rooftop unit. But if you're replacing an older system, you're going to likely need to update the interior components as well. So if you need a newer R32 compatible air distribution box on your screen, I am putting up the one that will work for you. You can just take that part number that you see there, pop it in the search field on our website. That will take you to that compatible air distribution box for non-ducted units and that will take you to that box and you can add that to your order. Now you also can add an electric heater assembly to this as well. This does not come with a heat pump or a heat strip. So if you wanted to add an option just to take the chill out of the air, we do have a heating unit, or heater kit rather, that you can pick up as well. And again, this is not a furnace replacement. This is just going to take the chill out of the air on those cool spring or fall mornings. It's not something that you want to think about as a furnace replacement. But if you're interested in that, I'm putting the part number for that heater kit on your screen there. So again, take that part number, put it in the search field on our website. I will take you to that heater kit and you can add that to your order. One other thing I wanted to mention, if you'd like some help with installation, on this product page underneath the photo section, we have a link that will take you to our installer locator. Click that link, answer the questions that it has for you, and that locator will find an installer in your area that etrailer has partnered with to help you with the install. I think that's going to wrap up our look today. Again, my name's Andy. Thanks for joining me.
