Jeff: Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're going to take a look at this Alpha Systems 8019 Water-based Bonding Adhesive, in white, for RV roofs. This is the one-gallon size.Now, today's RV roofs are very complex, and they need sealants and adhesives that you can trust on the road. This one here is a water-based bonding adhesive by Alpha Systems, creates a nice long-lasting bond for your RV roof membrane. It will adhere AlphaFlex, TPO and PVC membranes to wood, plywood, fiberboard, gypsum, and concrete surfaces.
This is designed to apply with a brush, sprayer, or roller.Now, for applications where one of the surfaces is porous, you apply adhesive to only the membrane. And for applications where both surfaces are non-porous, you apply adhesive to both sides. This is a nice, quick-drying formula, allows for a 15-minute drying time. As I mentioned, this is white in color, and it is made in the USA. A few specs on this.
This is a one-gallon size container and the coverage on this is 160 to 200 square feet per gallon.But that should do it for the review on the Alpha Systems 8019 Water-based Bonding Adhesive, in white, for RV roofs in the one-gallon size.

This is exactly what I needed to make a 3' x 4' roof repair for a customer with roof damage. The material adheres well to the existing membrane (remove any loose materials including dust and dirt) and it gets tacky and ready to adhere in just minutes. Will definitely keep this in inventory for future customers. You'll need a lot if you're replacing an entire roof. But given that it changes colors when it's ready to use, you'll be glad you used this over the competing products and not have to worry about future re-work.
